Youth Women Win is a collaborative project based on two observations:

• the difficulties faced by young professionals in the cultural and craft sector in the French overseas departments in putting their practices into practice and developing their professional projects and activities on a long-term basis.
• young women represent an untapped reservoir of employment and could play a key role as a lever for growth and economic development in ACP-EU countries.

Objectives

A Youth Women Win (YWW) project aims to provide concrete support for young women with fewer opportunities (low level of education, unemployed, fragile economic autonomy, etc.), who decide to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure.

• Organization of meetings and dissemination events at regional and transnational level (experimentation seminars...), 

«Café d'affaires», etc.). 

• Creation of intellectual productions :
  • a «SAFE» (Service d'Accompagnement à l'Entrepreneuriat Féminin) educational kit, including a card game showing the 7 families of young and female entrepreneurs
